No. Each user is only permitted to hold one (1) scr2u account. Registering multiple accounts is a serious violation of scr2u's terms of service. If multiple accounts are found to be linked to the same identity, all accounts will be terminated and all balances forfeited. Log in to your scr2u account and go to the Profile or Account Settings section. You can easily update your phone number, address, and language preferences. For changes to critical information such as your full name or date of birth (which are tied to identity verification), please contact scr2u support via live chat or email and include a copy of a valid identification document.

Go to the Log In and click the "Forgot password?" link. Enter the email address you registered with and scr2u will send a password reset link within minutes. The link is valid for 30 minutes only. Withdrawals via FPX (Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks) may take up to 30 minutes. In exceptional cases, processing can take up to 24 hours — typically when standard security verification is required.

The minimum withdrawal at scr2u is RM50. Maximum withdrawal limits depend on your account tier and chosen payment method. Standard members can withdraw up to RM10,000 per day, while scr2u VIP members enjoy higher limits.
