01Acceptance of Terms of Use

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the scr2u website, accessible at https://scr2u.bet and all related services. These Terms take effect from the date you first use the platform, regardless of whether you have registered as a member or are simply browsing our website.

02Eligibility & Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

Scr2u services are restricted to individuals who are aged 18 years of age and above only. This is an absolute requirement and is non-negotiable. scr2u reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or close the account of any user found to be underage, including forfeiting any winnings obtained.

2.2 User Location

The scr2u platform is designed and optimised to serve players based in Malaysia. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of scr2u's services is lawful and permitted in your location. scr2u is not liable for any legal consequences that may arise from using the platform in a jurisdiction where restrictions apply.

2.3 Registration Information

When registering a scr2u account, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including your full name, date of birth, email address, and a valid phone number. Providing false or misleading information is a serious breach of these terms and may result in immediate account termination.

• Each user is only permitted to hold one (1) account at scr2u only.
• Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and all associated accounts may be terminated without prior notice.
• Accounts may not be transferred to or shared with any other party.
• You are solely responsible for all activity that takes place within your account.

03User Account Management

3.1 Password Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your scr2u account password. scr2u recommends using a strong password (a combination of uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols) and changing it regularly. Never share your password with anyone, including scr2u staff — our staff will never ask for your password.

3.2 Unauthorised Account Activity

If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation or has been compromised, contact the scr2u support team immediately via live chat or email at support@scr2u.bet. scr2u will not be held liable for any losses arising from your failure to safeguard your login credentials.

3.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

Scr2u reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, particularly before processing withdrawals that exceed a certain amount. Documents that may be required include a copy of your identity card or passport, proof of address, and proof of payment method. Failure to provide the requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in a temporary suspension of your account.

04Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Deposit Methods

Scr2u accepts deposits via the following local Malaysian payment methods:

Minimum deposit is RM10 for all payment methods. All deposits are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). scr2u does not charge any processing fees for deposits made via the above methods; however, your e-wallet provider or bank may apply their own charges.

4.2 Withdrawal Conditions

The minimum withdrawal amount is RM30. Withdrawals will be processed via the same payment method used for your deposit. Processing times are as follows:

• E-Wallet (TNG, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay, DuitNow): 3–10 minutes
• FPX / Bank Transfer: 30 minutes to 3 hours (depending on bank operating hours)

Scr2u reserves the right to request identity verification before processing withdrawals that exceed a certain amount. Withdrawals may only be made to an account held in the registered member's name — no third-party withdrawals are permitted.

05scr2u Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Bonus Eligibility

Bonuses offered by scr2u are subject to specific terms and eligibility requirements. The welcome bonus is available to new members making their first deposit only. Each promotion may have different conditions, and you are encouraged to read the details of each promotion before claiming it.

5.2 Rollover Requirements

All bonuses credited to your scr2u account are subject to rollover requirements before they can be withdrawn as cash. The standard rollover requirement ranges from 5× to 10× of the bonus amount, depending on the bonus type. For example:

• A RM100 bonus with a 5× rollover requires a total of RM500 in wagers before any withdrawal can be made.
• Bets placed on certain games (such as Baccarat Tie or select sports markets) may not count, or may count at a reduced percentage, toward rollover requirements.
• The bonus will expire if the rollover requirement is not met within the stipulated period 30 days from the date the bonus is credited.

5.3 Bonus Abuse Prohibition

Scr2u has a sophisticated detection system to identify bonus abuse. Activities such as repeatedly betting on opposing markets, using multiple accounts to claim bonuses, or any form of promotion exploitation are strictly prohibited and may result in account termination and forfeiture of all associated winnings.

06General Betting Rules

All bets placed on scr2u are final once confirmed by the system. You are responsible for ensuring your bet details are correct before confirming. Bets cannot be cancelled after confirmation, except under exceptional circumstances determined exclusively by scr2u.

6.1 Football Betting

For football betting — including the Malaysia Super League, EPL, La Liga, UEFA Champions League, and other leagues available on scr2u — odds are set before a match begins and may change up until market closing time. In-play betting is subject to additional conditions and odds may change at any time. scr2u reserves the right to void bets in the event of a significant technical error or where displayed odds are clearly incorrect.

6.2 Live Casino Betting

For Live Casino games such as Baccarat, Roulette, Blackjack, Dragon Tiger, and Sic Bo on scr2u, all decisions made by the dealer are final. Any bets placed after the dealer announces "no more bets" will not be accepted. Technical disruptions occurring during an active round will be resolved in accordance with scr2u's technical disruption policy, which can be obtained through customer support.

6.3 E-Sports Betting

Esports betting on scr2u covers matches across Mobile Legends, Dota 2, VALORANT, CS2, and more. Official results issued by tournament organizers are final. If a match is postponed or terminated early due to circumstances beyond anyone's control, scr2u will settle bets in accordance with our esports-specific policy.

6.4 Winnings Limit

Scr2u reserves the right to set maximum winning limits per bet, per day, or per event. Once these limits are reached, no additional winnings will be paid out. Current winning limits are available on each game's dedicated terms page within the scr2u platform.

07Prohibited Conduct

Scr2u users are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities:

• Money laundering or any suspicious financial activity conducted through the scr2u platform.
• Use of automated software, bots, or any technology to unlawfully extract profits from the platform.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate betting outcomes (match-fixing or collusion).
• Registering or using multiple accounts to claim bonuses or manipulate the system.
• Providing false personal information, including age, name, or payment details.
• Using another person's account or allowing others to use your account.
• Any attempt to hack, disrupt, or damage scr2u's systems and infrastructure.
• Exploiting any technical bugs or odds discrepancies for unfair advantage — should you discover a bug, you are required to report it to us.

Violation of any of the above prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension or termination, forfeiture of all funds in the account, and appropriate legal action where circumstances warrant.

08Responsible Gaming

Scr2u takes responsible gaming very seriously. We believe that betting should be a source of entertainment, not stress or financial hardship. That's why scr2u provides a range of self-control tools to help our members play in a healthy and responsible way:

• Deposit Limit: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits based on what you can afford.

10Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The scr2u platform is provided on an "as is" basis. While we strive to keep the platform available and functioning at all times, scr2u does not guarantee that the platform will be free from interruptions, errors, or downtime arising from maintenance, upgrades, or circumstances beyond our control.

To the extent permitted by law, scr2u shall not be liable for any direct or indirect losses arising from:

• Temporary service interruptions or platform unavailability.
• Bet outcomes the user considers unsatisfactory.
• Device damage or data loss in connection with the use of the scr2u platform.
• Actions or omissions by third parties, including payment providers or game software suppliers.
• Any consequences arising from the user's own breach of these terms.

11Account Suspension & Termination

11.1 scr2u's Rights

Scr2u reserves the right to suspend or terminate any user's account at any time if there is evidence of a terms violation, fraudulent activity, or any conduct deemed to compromise the integrity of the platform. In most cases, notice will be provided to the user; however, in instances of serious violations, termination may occur immediately without prior notice.

11.2 Account Closure by User

You may close your scr2u account at any time by contacting our support team. Before closure, please ensure all bets have been settled and any remaining balance has been withdrawn. Any balance remaining at the time of closure will be processed for withdrawal in accordance with our standard policy.

12Dispute Resolution

If you have any complaint or dispute regarding scr2u's services, please follow the procedure below:
